What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit cards, VISA Debit, and bank deposits. We also accept cash and have EFTPOS in-store. Additionally, Afterpay is available as a buy now, pay later option.

Can I add more items to an order I've already placed?

You can add more items to your order by placing a new one and merging it, as long as your first order hasn't been shipped and your new order is placed before 1:00p.m.

If you already paid a shipping fee on your first order, select the 'pick-up' option for your additional order and include the order number you'd like to merge with in the order notes.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us directly as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been shipped and left our warehouse cannot be canceled.

Can you pack my order on TikTok?

Sure we can! Write in your order notes that you would like it packed on TikTok and we'll do a packing video on your order.

When will an item come back in stock?

If you're interested in a product that is currently out of stock, you can sign up to be notified via email as soon as it comes back in stock.

Simply click on the 'Notify me when available' button on the product you wish to follow. You'll receive an email notification when they become available again.

Do you have any gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan or Halal options?

Yes, we do! You can browse our gluten-free, sugar-free, Vegan and Halal categories to find them.

If you are unsure about a product, just ask us.

Are all products suitable for people with allergies or certain food intolerances?

Unless otherwise stated in the listing, it's best to assume that most products are manufactured in facilities where nuts, milk products, gluten, etc., are present. If you need to check, please feel free to contact us.

What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic Orders
There is a flat standard shipping fee of $7.99 to urban areas. Rural areas will incur an extra charge of $5.

All orders above $120 will have free shipping provided as long as it is under 25kg.

International Orders
International shipping fee is dependent on the destination country and weight/dimensions of the package.

We'll provide a rough estimate upon checkout, and if it's a bit more after we put the package together, we'll let you know.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00p.m on weekdays (Monday to Friday) on the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Standard shipping within New Zealand typically takes 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery.

International shipping times depend on the package weight/dimensions and destination.

We use DHL Express for our international parcels.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

An express shipping option will be available at checkout. Please note that rural addresses and weekend deliveries are excluded.

Overnight is an estimated timeframe and is not guaranteed, as there may be delays during seasonal periods or due to adverse weather conditions.

How do I return a product?

We do not offerΒ refunds or returns on purchases due to a change of mind once an order has been dispatched.Β 

If you need to return a product due to damage or any other issues, please contact us.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, let us know within seven days of receiving your product. We'll need your proof of purchase and photos of the damage to help you out.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we confirm your refund, please allow up to 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
