Free shipping

Get free shipping on orders over $120 with our standard courier option within New Zealand. Please note, oversized packages (over 25kg), rural orders are not eligible for free shipping. Express shipping may be available depending on your location, please contact us for more information.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped from our Bromley store in Christchurch, New Zealand or from our Hastings, New Zealand store.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed over a weekend (Sat–Sun) or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Standard shipping (approximate)

• Rural addresses (3–5 working days) $12.99

International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven't received it or misplaced your tracking number, contact us anytime.
