We pride ourselves on our customer service. Please email or phone us with your questions or queries - or if you have a problem let us know so we can put it right!

We endeavour to reply to all emails as soon as we can, plus you can reach us on Facebook and send a message that way too!

We will replace any product that is received in damaged condition and we are advised within 48 hours of delivery (unless it is a fragile item where it has been specified that shipping is at buyers risk).


If a refund approved, we require notification from you within 7 days of delivery - and we receive the product/s back to our warehouse within 14 days in sale-able condition (return shipping at your cost).
